Hmmm. Nope. Heard the term from my brother who is an engineer on the Disneyland train. That's the Disneyland in So.Cal. where the train glides over the top of the entrance to the park and the engineers enjoy discussing the views down the skimpy blouses displayed below them.
How very not Disney of them! ;-)
