I usually don't give a crap about news reports that discuss "testing on mice", but this one has implications that are so far-reaching that it might be worth mentioning prematurely.

Conversely, all you have to do to burn fat and lose weight is "putter".

As a fidgity guy from way back, I can confirm that restlessness burns a LOT more calories than it gets credit for.
