That's Sasuke, which is now being shown in the US on the G4 channel. The show is called "Ninja Warrior" here in the states.
And it rules.

He *only* had to try the WHOLE course like...four times...in order to finish it ONCE.
He is also the only person to reach the final stage on another Tokyo Broadcasting System show called "Final Viking".

In his defense, I'm pretty sure Jackie Chan does a LOT of re-takes on HIS stunts, too :-)
