Yes. It quickly dissapates, due to momentum, but, yes, there is a cloud on cold days.
I'm not sure *I* want to know how I know that.

Why didn't I think of that now? Damn! I bet if you ir'd a fart on a really cold day, it's eventually sink. Oh yeah it'd rise at first, that hot air risin' deal, but eventually it'd have to fall back down to earth... Ya reckon?
