I WANT MY UTV!
Unannoying TV that is. Lynn of Reflections in d minor battles a sinus infection by watching the least annoying thing she can find on TV, which for her was the Fishing Channel. Good choice. I mean, what else can offer you such relaxing blandness? Well, being a subscriber to the UTV network, I checked their channel guide, and found several options:

Post is locked.
The Drying Paint Channel
The Kentucky Turtle Derby Channel
The Snoozing Kitten Channel
The Blooming Azalea Channel
The Snowfall on a Meadow Channel
The Sheets Drying on the Clothes Line Channel
The Lava Lamp Channel
The Standing in Line Waiting to Buy Tickets for Shrek 2 Channel
The Comfy Chair Channel
The Dan Rather With His Mouth Duct Taped Firmly Shut Channel
If there's anything else really unannoying on, I'll let you know. Or you can let me know in the comments.

These are the ones I watch from home (no receiver needed):
The Watching Grass Grow Channel
The Amber Waves of Grain Channel (I could stick a webcam right out my front window!)
The Grazing Animals Channel
The Rain on the Sliding Glass Door Channel
The Howling-Cat-Who-Wants-Back-Inside Channel
Oddly enough, it's still all better than what I can get through Satellite TV, except at noon on weekdays when TLC has A Baby Story.

Bartender - nIm... and there IS nothing else to watch. It's ALL BAD EXAMPLE, ALL THE TIME!
Dana - Not sure if the Howling Cat Channel qualifies for unannoying :-)
But if were going for ATV, I've got The Big Ass Dog Pounding on the Sliding Glass Door Like It Was a Fucking Bongo Channel.
