HE'S RIGHT, BUT NOT THE WAY HE THINKS

some troll-droppings that he found at one of the on-line forums he frequents:
If you support the troops you support the following:
1. rape (including homosexual sado-rape)
2. torture
3. Murder
4. the systematic killing of civilians including babies, children and elderly
5. the burning of the Bill of Rights by Bush/Ashcroft
6. terrorism (this war fits the UN definition of terrorism)
Instead of saying "support the troops" why don't you just say "Support the terrorist war criminals"
_Jon takes him down swiftly and in fine style, so go ahead & look.
Meanwhile, I can't help thinking that, if by "troops", he means the insurgents, he's actually right. Something for the hippies & the French to think about, I suppose.
As for #5, I submit that surrendering to these terrorist pieces of shit WOULD constitute a betrayal of the Constitution by our leadership, so that one fits, too. For this item, it's not something they're currently doing, but it's something they want.

it really sucks when some less than articulate person has to resort to base name calling and general trolling. i'm not liberal, but enjoy the debate on the net. it just seems like so many of 'them' will not be civil.
i could make some claims like that about them.

One can support their troops without supporting the misdeeds of a few or even the colateral damage of warfare. It becomes even more ironic that, whether or not the troops are deployed wisely or justly, they are people who put their lives on the line to protect the individual whose logic is so faulted.
If you support our troops, you support people who have committed their lives to protecting your country, your way of life, and your freedom. The logic is simple.

We are not fighting terrorism. We are fighting Islamic Fundamentalism that uses terrorism as a tool and has been for as long as I can remember. It is going to take the long reaching tentacles of this Fundamentalist Beast to smack these trolls in the face before they see what our troops are really fighting. Even then, they still may not see it. And if our troops finally do slay this beast, trolls such as these, will always be ignorant, living their happy American Free Existance, thinking they have it as a God Given right, not ever comprehending they have it because we have men and women over there willing to shed their blood for us to live as we do. Makes me sick.
